What are White Fillings?
A composite (tooth colored filling) is used to replace tooth structure when there has been decay. The composite is bonded to the tooth to restore function and to look natural. Once we have restored your teeth with tooth-colored materials, these restorations will serve you well for several years. The resin (plastic) material used contains small “filler” particles of glass-like materials for strength and wear resistance. They contain the finest and most up-to-date materials available today.

I don't have tooth decay, thus do not need to have tooth filling. I'll just recommend this method to my father who is suffering the pain from tooth decay.

Tooth pain can often affect our everyday life. Often people with decay have sensitivity to temperatures and sometimes sweet foods or drinks. Due to that pain and sensitivity, people will avoid drinking hot drinks or cold and sweet foods such as ice cream. Removing that decay and placing a new filling in the tooth can help reduce sensitivity and pain. The procedure itself is rather simple and with the help of our laser, it may not even require anesthetic.
